Neat, terraced pitches with spectacular views are available for tourers and campers. Pitches are generous and level, some are hard standing and most areas have electric hook-ups. Facilities include launderettes with ironing facilities, toilets and showers, covered washing up areas, facilities for disabled guests and families caring for young babies and a shop.

A terraced area of holiday homes and pitches, designed around existing trees and bushes, giving a spacious and informal layout. There are also converted country cottages on the park and luxury apartments at nearby Eastdon House.
Family
Several modern, well-equipped play areas and the children will love the donkeys in the paddock. The park also has an outdoor heated childrens swimming pool - perfect to let the kids splash about while you relax on the patio with a drink.
Entertainment
There is regular evening entertainment during the summer months in the Swan Pub.
Food & Drink
The excellent Swan pub serves bar meals and drinks, there is also a takeaway and a licensed mini-market. Or the more adventurous could try and catch some dinner in one of the fishing lakes.
Local Activities
Explore the private woods and parkland brimming with flora and fauna or cool off in the heated outdoor swimming pools. Enjoy on-site fishing in one of the four lakes or visit Dawlish Warren's two mile Blue Flag beach and try out some watersports. Don't forget to keep an eye out for the famous Dawlish black swans.
