The park extends to 40 acres including an oak wood that is a haven for wildlife. Set in Scotland's first National Park, Loch Lomond & the Trossachs - an area of outstanding beauty and a haven for wildlife and overlooking the Scottish Wildlife Trust (SWT) Flanders Moss reserve. Close to Gartmore, a small hill village on the southern boundary of the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park, and the larger village of Aberfoyle.

The park has 45 exclusive touring pitches, most fully serviced with water, drainage, 16 amp electric and hard standing base. There is also a spotless toilet block with free showers, a laundry and a licensed shop.

Many spacious caravan holiday homes to hire sleeping up to 4/5 people with discounts for couples only. Excellent views and private, sheltered pitches. The park also has a small development of exclusive timber lodges, sleeping up to 6 people, set around a small lochan, with south facing views to the hills beyond. On-site there is a laundry and licensed shop.

The park has its own childrens play-park and the cycle hire shop caters for children with child seats, trailers and tag-a-longs as well as children's bikes.
Entertainment
The park has its own TV / games room and guests can use, at a small extra charge, a nearby leisure centre for swimming, sauna, solarium, squash, badminton, bowls, tennis and windsurfing.

A licensed shop is located on-site and local shops can be found in Gartmore and Aberfoyle.
