Location
The Park is located in the village of Laide on the beach-front in a beautiful area on the west coast of Scotland. Near to the towns of Gairloch and Ullapool.
Accommodation & Facilities Touring
Several camping pitches, most on the sea-front, all have fencing on three sides to provide more privacy and a windbreak. Generally, cars may be parked adjacent to tents. There are free toilets and showers, washing-up sinks with hot water and a chemical toilet disposal point. Electric hook-up points and water taps are to be found throughout the Park and there are a number of refuse collection areas. There is also a laundry, lending library and shop.
Accommodation & Facilities
Seven fully equipped caravan holiday homes available for hire, six of which are situated on the sea-front. Although there are spin dryers in each of the shower units, laundry facilities for large loads are available for which a small charge is made. There is a small Park shop stocking a range of non-perishable goods and a small lending library.
Family
Close to an excellent, safe beach and with plenty of space for children to play. The kids will also love feeding the park's resident ducks and maybe seeing the seals playing out at sea!
Food & Drink
The park has its own small shop selling a wide range of non-perishable goods and the local village, a very short walk away, also has a general store/post office. Nearby there is also the renowned Aultbea Butcher Company with an excellent bakery and also several restaurants.

Local Activities
The area abounds with wildlife - Northern Divers, otters, seals, dolphins and whales - wildlife watching and angling boat trips are available locally. Water-sports such as sailing, water skiing, scuba diving and swimming are all possible either from the Park or within easy travelling distance or just relax on the beach. Try some fishing in the small burn follows two edges of the park or why not take a walk and explore the ruins of the village of Slaggan. The seaside towns of Gairloch and Ullapool are also worth a visit.
