The park has a small shop and off-license and the local village of Slingsby has a pub, restaurant and farm shop with excellent local produce. A trip into the nearby market town of Malton Norton offers a selection of shop, restaurants and pubs that have been open since the 1600s.
Local Activities
Take a walk or bike ride in the beautiful local 'Heartbeat' country or explore the local market towns of Malton and Norton with their quaint houses and the Gilbertine Priory. Visit the seaside resorts of Scarborough, Whitby and Filey, an excellent day trip to enjoy the beaches and other amusements these towns offer. Play a round of golf, fish for some dinner or take a pony trek through the stunning Yorkshire Moors and Herriot country.
